Registration Information for the 53rd ČSEtS Conference

Registration for the conference is open from 26 August to 20 September 2026. To attend the conference, please complete the registration form below.

The conference fee depends on the registration category:

• Non-member – regular registration: CZK 4,000 / EUR 160
• Society member: CZK 3,000 / EUR 120
• Student – non-member: CZK 2,750 / EUR 110
• Student – Society member: CZK 2,250 / EUR 90

After submitting your registration, you will receive payment instructions for the conference fee. If you require an invoice, please indicate this in the relevant section of the registration form. If you have any specific invoicing requirements (e.g. excluding the membership fee or the social evening from the invoice, or issuing a single invoice for several participants), please specify them in the comments section. The conference fee must be paid no later than 20 October 2026.

Registration is binding. Before submitting the form, please carefully check all the information provided and your selected options.

Student Grants

As part of the registration process, ČSEtS offers students the opportunity to apply for a student grant covering the full conference fee.

Students are eligible to apply for a grant if they:

• are registered for the conference as a student,
• participate in the conference with an active contribution (an oral presentation or poster, including a project proposal presentation),
• are members of ČSEtS or are applying for membership.

Successful applicants will have their conference fee covered.

If you are applying for a student grant, please do not pay the conference fee yet. The results of the student grant competition will be announced approximately two weeks before the conference. Unsuccessful applicants will then be asked to pay the conference fee according to the instructions provided.

Applications will be evaluated based on eligibility and the quality of the submitted abstract. The number of student grants is limited, and the success rate is typically around 40–50%.
