Dear future conference participants,

Welcome to the registration form. Please note that if you are attending the conference as an active participant, i.e. you are submitting an abstract of your contribution, the abstract must comply with the updated guidelines available here. Also be aware that your abstract may be subject to anonymous review if at least one of the following applies:

  • a) you are registering a talk
  • b) you request an abstract review
  • c) you are a student applying for financial support (waiver of the registration fee)

The conference organisers further reserve the right to contact the participant if the abstract does not meet the basic criteria.

The conference fee must be paid by 1 November 2025.

Planned for Sunday. Not included in the conference fee; participants pay on the spot (at a reduced rate).

Pub Quiz :

In English, planned for Friday evening. Participation is free, but food and drinks at the restaurant are at participants’ own expense.

Substitute program for international participants :

I will attend substitude program for international participants on Friday. (Please, do not order lunch on Friday if you participate.)

All three workshops are paralell, hence you can attend only one. The workshop will be held in Czech.

Workshop B - Jak na poutavý poster :

All three workshops are paralell, hence you can attend only one. The workshop will be held in Czech and the number of participants is limited to 15.

Workshop C - Tech 4 Wildlife :

All three workshops are paralell, hence you can attend only one. The workshop may be conducted in English if there is sufficient interest from English-speaking participants.
