Mission statement
The society provides a forum for an exchange of scientific knowledge and views to all its members from various branches of science involved in the study of behaviour. Views from different professional backgrounds can enrich our understanding. The aim of the society is to advance behavioural science in basic and applied ethology, encourage research and other contributions to knowledge relating to behaviour but also to behavioural problems in the farm, companion and free-living animals, and to promote communication of this knowledge.

Registration is open
Registration for the ČSEtS 2020 conference is open. Do not forget to register in time. Deadline for active participation is 10th September 2020.

Registration ČSEtS 2020 open soon
The registration for the next conference of ČSEtS 2020 will be open soon. The date of the conference was changed to 29.10.-1.11. 2020. The conference will take place in Kostelec nad Černými lesy (The Scool Forest Enterprise).
Preliminary program:
Thursday 29th October - registration, welcome drink, popularization lecture (Miloslav Jirků)
Friday 30th October - lectures, general meeting
Saturday 31st October - lectures, social evening with music, castle tour
Sunday 1st November - excursions to Milovice
