In May 1995, ski resort Stara Lesna in High Tatras, Slovakia, hosted very first East Central Europe ISAE regional meeting. It was organized as a satellite meeting of annual conference of Czech and Slovak Ethological Society. After 13 years, ISAE is coming back to Slovakia. We are pleased invite you to Joint East Central and West Central Europe Regional Meeting of the International Society for Applied Ethology.
The aim of the joint regional meeting is to present and to discuss ongoing research in the field of applied ethology and animal welfare in our ISAE-regions. In particular young researches are invited to present their results and to discuss their research. The meeting is open to both members and non-members of the ISAE.
The main theme of the meeting will be “New approaches in the study of animal behaviour and welfare”. However, contributions dealing with all other aspects of behaviour and welfare in farm, companion, laboratory and zoo animals are welcomed too. All contributions will be presented in English.
