The 52^nd CSEtS conference

Prague, 13. – 16. 11. 2025

The conference is held under the auspices of the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, Faculty of Forestry and Wood Sciences.

• 30. 9. – deadline for submission of conference abstracts

• 10. 10. – announcement of the student award winners

• 19. 10. – participants will receive evaluations of the abstracts

• 29. 10. – submission of revised abstracts

• 1. 11. – deadline for payment of conference fees

Catering:

The conference will include a welcome drink (icebreaker) and four coffee breaks with light refreshments. Optional lunches can be ordered at the university canteen for Friday and Saturday. The conference dinner will take place on Saturday and will feature a buffet, a toast, and music.

Student grants

Students can once again apply for financial support to attend the conference this year, under the following conditions:

• The applicant must be a student at the time of the conference.
• The applicant must be a member of the Čzech Ethological Society (CSEtS) or an applicant for membership in the CSEtS at the time of the conference.
• The applicant must register their abstract by September 30, 2025, and indicate their interest in participating in the competition during registration.
• The applicant must present their contribution (poster/presentation) in person at the conference.

Support in the form of waiver of the registration fee will be granted to 11 students based on the quality of their abstract. The students will be informed if they were awarded the grant on October, 10 2025. Thus, we kindly ask students to pay the conference fee only after this date.
