Dear colleagues, on behalf of the Scientific Committee of the workshop, the Department of Animal Physiology and Ethology, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Comenius University Bratislava and the Institute of Animal Biochemistry and Genetics, Slovak Academy of Sciences, Ivanka pri Dunaji, Slovakia, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the workshop on Fundamental Physiology and Perinatal Development in Poultry. These workshops organized jointly by the Fundamental Physiology of the European Working Group of Physiology (WG 12) and the Working group on Prenatal Development in Poultry, used to be held in Berlin till now. This is for the first time it will be organized outside of Germany. We believe we will be able to provide a place for fruitful scientific discussions but also for pleasurable social ambience and informality.
